What I Offer
Option 1. Comprehensive Nutrition Coaching
This is a 3+ month-long program of 1:1 nutrition education and support designed to help you reach your body composition, sports performance, and health goals.
This includes my evaluation of all intake documents, creation of your Action Plan, weekly email check ins, and ongoing refining of your Action Plan based on your feedback and results. I ask for your commitment in three month increments. If you'd like to pay for the 3 months up front, the price is $275 for a $25 savings.
Option 2. Comprehensive Nutrition and Strength Coaching
With this option, you will receive nutrition coaching as described above in addition to strength training programming for the best possible results. I will design your training program with your skill level, goals, and lifestyle in mind, and you will send me videos to review once a week so I can check your form and progress.
I ask for your commitment in three month increments. If you'd like to pay for the 3 months up front, the price is $550 for a $50 savings.
